I suspect that you're being deliberately obtuse, but let me try another explanation.

Knowledge and scientific breakthroughs don't just happen out of nowhere. They have to be built on previous knowledge and they take time to develop. When you're starting off from zero, it can take a long time to get to one. Once you have one, you can use one to help get you to two, and it'll take slightly less time to do so. Once you reach a certain point, growth is very dramatic. This would probably correlate with the Industrial Revolution, which is why most inventions as you seem to be defining them came around in the 19th century.

One last thing, you have to respect the toil to get the things that already exist that you take for granted. Take cameras that you keep bringing up. Do you know how many previous inventions had to come before that? The lightbulb, by Thomas Edison. Optics theories for the lenses by multiple people, but notably Galileo. The development of plastic, which is its own rabbit hole, and, depending on how modern the camera is, the silicon semiconductors that run the computers. The history of silicon is practically its own thesis. You'll note that all those various components came from very different times in history.

Obviously the combustion engine, electricity and plastics have given rise to a huge number of new inventions - but not "just about everything".
If you look around you, most things you see would have been around long before then - the bricks and mortar of your house, the furniture, the ceramic mug on the desk.
Basically, the more essential something is for survival (food, shelter, etc), the longer ago it was discovered/perfected.

No, many things existed long before 1800, christian Church during european medieval times just stopped any major progress.

But during the industrial revolution, mankind finaly recieved lots of technologic and mechanic devices speeding up the process by supplying the necessary recources.

Some might think that, but there were several inventions hundreds and thousands of years ago in ancient Greece, Rome, the Arab world, India and China.
