What is your #1 rule?

So this is a golden rule for me and one that I constantly remind myself of.  And this is a close second.  #ShaTTeredQuestions  #rulenumberone

Actually, the Golden Rule refers to a very specific rule which is not only contained in the Bible, but appears in other cultures pre-dating the Bible. The Golden Rule is to treat others the way you want to be treated.

Your rules seem designed as a reflex from a bad relationship in the past, and you rules may decrease the odds of such hurt happening again, but they may also decrease the odds of you finding a satisfying relatonship, also (if that matters at all.)

"Always treat others how you want to be treated, until they give you a reason not to."

1. Don't give af about people anymore Cuz they're temporary. But not literally, exception and consideration is always there for deserving ones.
2. Depend on myself for emotional support because no one is worth telling 'details about my horrible experiences'.
3. Be someone's priority or let them get lost.
4. Being really secretive about my plans.
5. Being better than everyone (still working on it).

There are many rules I like to live by but  #1 is that I want only people in my life, who genuinely want me too and therefore treat me with the same respect and energy, that I am giving them already

My #1 rule is be honest in all that you do... don't tell me any lies because the truth shows itself even on petty shit that doesn't matter because if you gonna lie about little meaningless shit then I could only imagine what it would be like when a big issue arrives, don't steal shit from me because if you ask for it I would most likely give it to you, if you have to erase or hide something from someone or your significant other then you should probably not be doing it and don't betray my loyalty because I'm not the one that waits until something happens to you 17 years later and says good that's karma... no will be your bad karma and I'll catch up with you in how ever long it takes me to drive to your house.

My #1 rule has always been to treat others how I want to be treated. I show the people I love how much I care for them, remind them of my love for them, and help them out financially or mentally whenever I’m in a position to do so. I would do anything for the people I love.

My #2 rule is to not to let my guard down and not to share things about my life with people if I’m not prepared for them to spread it with gossip. I’ve been let down too many times by “friends”.

Rule #1 don't drink around a bunch of guys... just don't, that is my motto. Rule #2 most crime is a crime of opportunity, don't give anyone that opportunity.

My #1 is never let anyone change me.
Rule #2 is if I like it, do it, unless it violates rule #3, and if I don't like it, don't do it, unless I absolutely have to.
Rule #3 is avoid risks whenever possible.
Rule #4 is figure out how to do things that would otherwise be risky, without the risk.
Rule #5 is don't act stupid unless it's funny and harmless.

1) avoid pain
2) live how I want
3) if someone who has a brighter future then me is in danger, do whatever is necessary to save them.

I haven't needed to use #3 yet. And hopefully I'll never be in that situation. Cause you know, #1. I hate pain.
