Are women cleaner ( hygiene) than men, generally speaking?

It just depends.
I don't know if one is more hygienic as a rule.
I know guys are stereotypically considered more of the slobs and dirty.
Lots of guys are pretty hygienic though.
I wash everyday and wash my hair everyday. I know lots of girls who have longer hair and they only wash it every 2 or 3 days.

In my opinion, no. Men smell bad easier when unhygienic, but women smell WORSE when they're unhygienic. I don't think hygiene is a gendered issue, though. I've met women with stinky snatches.

At times I say NO. I have visited some women's public bathrooms and I swear woman have the ability to some of the filthiest creatures. At my previous job in state government the maintenance crew would clear out the women's bathroom to spray for crotch critters.

Definitely not. It really depends on the person, not gender or sex. I've met some women with horribly poor hygiene and been in disGUSTING bathrooms

I worked as a stage hand for a couple years. One of my jobs was to take clothing and props to the women's dressing room. It was gross as fuck! It literally smelled like ass and feet. A lot of the girls would do their hair and makeup in the bathroom 'cause it stunk so bad. The guys dressing room smelled like cologne and deodorant.

In answer to your question, I think women try harder but through fashion and at times required dress, have more potential to smell bad.

I wouldn't say cleaner, but we do take more care of our bodies by using lotions etc

I used to work for a company that contracted with movie theatres to clean them after they closed for the night. That included the bathrooms, and almost without exception the women's bathrooms were dirtier, slinkier and messier.

In my own research on bathroom hygiene, yes, but by very little.
