Why do people judge others when they don't even know them?

I'm an introvert and there are some people who think I don't talk to them because I don't want to talk to them but the real reason is I don't know how to start a conversation. Some of them don't even know me and start hating me for no reason. They want me to act like an extrovert, I mean how can I act like someone I am clearly not.

No, you can't change the type of person you are. You can improve upon yourself, just as we all can.

Perhaps find an activity or club that interests you. You will find likeminded people that may help you open up and communicate better. Small steps.

As far as those that hate you for no reason, pay no attention to them. That is ridiculous for them to do.

I really hate that too. I'm shy too, and a lot of people on this site and in real life make the assumption that you're a weak person or someone with personality issues when it's all I've ever known. I've always been this way and people seem to like stepping on and insulting those that are shy or considered weaker than others.

Because that is literally what life is. That is how humans evolved to interact. It is a survival mechanism. You use given data to infer things. You can't possibly know everyone so you use your best judgement to interact with reality.
