I mean I tend to try to put most things behind me. But I've had some pretty horribly intense, violent fantasies about what I'd do to some people who have wronged me. As in one case.

Hell, sometimes it's not for super major things. I've had people pull out in front of me and flip me off. I fantasize about having a script that pulls their license plate number from the Teslacam, and with a simple voice command, it would reverse check their license plate to get their identity, outsource the reverse identification to more skilled hackers than me, drain their credit cards, destroy their credit, steal their identity, commit crimes on their behalf, and then send them a note telling them what I did and why before they eventually kill themselves in prison.

I mean... I haven't done it. That would be horrible. But some people I swear...

I can't say I'll get revenge later, but if I do come across them and they need help. I will just ignore them and move on, in a way that is a kind of revenge.

Sometimes it even depends on how long it has been and if they are sorry for what they did, and I may still help them out if it wasn't something too horrible that scarred me for life.

I forgive but never forget. Life is about moving forward with less stress as possible. Forgiveness is essential for everyone involved, it allows you to process the pain you are experiencing while giving the one asking forgiveness a chance at redemption. I don’t believe in being petty especially if someone is trying to fix things.

Perhaps their trials and tribulations humbles them into acknowledging their flaws and mistakes, I wouldn’t throw salt in the wounds because an opportunity presents itself

Is it forgiveness when you come to accept that someone you once trusted just can't be trusted anymore, and you just don't have enough kindness left inside to care about them, at all?

Forgetting just seems like a bad survival tactic, setting oneself up for the next beating, as it were.

That said, if some one is trying to hurt me, I will defend myself. But if someone has already hurt me, then I do not seek vengeance. Them being bad does not mean its ok for me to be bad.

When the anger is at it's peak I thought I will not forget but after some time I just naturally forget it. I have not encountered a person who is evil enough to me that my brain does not forget it that I needed to take some form of revenge. Yuck! Revenge begets Revenge lets learn from the past and move on.

Although even with the ability to essentially strike back at my foes, the option of walking away, as difficult as it is, would benefit in the end. Because the fighting truly never stops until one says, "enough." I don't promote the lack of self-defense but only to a degree. *shrugs*

It depends on the situation but in the past I came straight at you now that I’m older I avoid those situations but if it happens I handle things a lot smarter choosing my battles more wisely and for the most part trying to leave it alone and move on

I don't forget nor forgive. Karma will reach them soon enough. Just like my old boss who fired me for no reason and refused to pay two months of salary. Now 4 years later he is slowly dying of cancer :)

I just forget, I don't forgive. There are some situations where one can forgive of course but for some major trust breaks or they do something really bad, I just forget them, no forgiveness.
