Should I shave my head after 3 years since a drug test left a bald spot (I know I sound vain but the details below are true)?

I wish i refused the test and never accepted the job offer but its too late now. I went in confident since I spent over at least 30 hours researching the company site and watching YouTube videos on the test. I checked reviews and they were solid. Too bad the lady took more then 90 total pieces of hair the company site promised from 4-5 locations to avoid bald spots. I am left with a bald spot the size of a silver dollar in the bottom layer of my crown. It is totally covered since my hair is over foot long but I am unable to get my mind off it too the point I haven't slept in 4 days. I check too see if is filled in at least 40 times a day hoping but get depressed the second I see the spot is still there. I'm too the point I may shave my head cause I just want end this constant fear/anxiety even though noone notices accept me.

Is there a way some sort of hair loss treatment might help fill it in?

I believe they also have something that colors your scalp the same color as your hair that is meant to reduce the appearance of thinning/balding, but I'm not sure it would help you since you say although it's not noticeable to others, it bothers you.

The size of a silver dollar. It is filling in after 4 days of growth decently well to a thick buzz cut length. I have applied beard oil to the spot 4 times too soften it.. I'm in a situation now that I just need an inch to 1.5 inches of it too grow back so my scalp isn't visible. It will take 3 years too ever get that spot too a foot long like the rest of my hair so I've accepted that.

Lmao just shave it off if it bothers you so much or find a hair restoration specialist and stop with the “what if” and insecurities. Just act and do what you need to in order to achieve your confidence again.
