  We were training as a PSD in DC some years ago and were driving three black, blacked out window Chevy Suburbans.
  Our "principle" started complaining about chest pains.
  Well... fuck.
  In the middle of DC during rush hour.
  So we had to drive over medians and on the shoulders of the highway until we got to the closest hospital.
  We had no sirens but blacked out windows in convoy... they still moved out of the way.
  As soon as we pulled into the hospital parking lot the instructor/principle sat up and said "you know what guys? I'm feeling better. Let's go back to the hotel."
  So... we passed that drill.
