Im confused. What should I do?

Me and my husband is planning on moving soon to NC., we already contacted owners and I know we will be approved. My husband also has to take care other things here ( In New York) before leaving. I'm 13 weeks pregnant. And I'm confused about where to start. I scheduled an appointment in NC... I have my whole family in NC... and I can always stay at my parents or my sisters. But at the same time I don't want to leave him.. I just want honest advise what would you do in my situation?

My best friend just moved there last year. He really likes it. His wife went there first while he stayed here and handled the sale of his house. Maybe you can go down first and stay with your parents.
