almost everybody SAYS they'd give it back, but nobody's ever returned any of the money I've dropped for this "test". I, however, continue to return money that people drop almost on a daily basis since I'm in a location where a shit ton of money gets handled and dropped constantly. Never crossed my mind to keep it.
pick it up and go and give it back to them, they most probably worked hard to earn it.
I have a strong moral compass and proud of it. I'm not a thief.
"Excuse me, sir/ma'am, you dropped this."
I was raised that way. I would never feel good about just taking off with it. You never know how much that person needs that and what their situation will be like without it, as some people have very little to make ends meet with.
Give it back to them. Now If I just happen to stumble upon it and I don’t see anyone drop it I’m keeping it.

I'd give it back to them. I once lost $20 in a mall and spent like five minutes looking for it. I then heard some fat bitch go "finders keepers!!" behind me. It was clear she walked off with the money I was looking for, but there was too many people to tell who it was. The surreal thing is, I spent a LONG TIME looking for it on the floor, and so for me to not see it but some random bitch did, it had to be invisible or something, like some witch cast a spell on me, making me lose sight of my money, but others could see it. It sounds bizarre, but that's the best explanation I can give for how this happened.
So yeah, f*ck that fat cow who stole my money that day! I'd give the $100 back to the one who dropped it and hope she was grateful.
Maybe it was an angel who dropped it to test your honesty?
Call to him and say you dropped something. If they ignore me not much I can do.
Call out to them and give it back.
I don't know what they need it for, and if I were them it would ruin my day if I lost that.
It doesn't cost me anything to help them, and I'll make their day better. That's good enough reason for me.
Pick it up and give it back to them. I’d hate to lose a hundred dollar bill. That’s a day-ruiner for sure, haha.
Give them the money because I saw them drop it.
If it were on the ground and no one was around and no one was walking around looking for it… Sorry, but I’m taking it lol.
Call on them/run after them and told them they dropped it and give it back
I'd pick it up and give it back to them. I don't care if it was $1 or a stack of $100's, it's the right thing to do.
I'd pick up the bill, tap them on the shoulder and say, "I think you dropped this."
Call them back, berate the fucker and give them 20 bucks to get a Ridge wallet or something.
Seriously, it's a pet peeve I have
Pick it up, tell them they dropped it and give it to them if they wanted it back.
I would pick it up and give it back to them except if I knew they were an asshole , then I would keep it.
You would not know that with a random stranger.
Well teach me then. In the meantime, you can split it with me.
I would give them the money back, telling them they dropped it.
Unless I just watched them kick a dog or something, I'm grabbing it and handing it back to them.
Get their attention and give it back. If there’s one thing I can’t stand, it’s a thief.
I'd be tempted to just take it, but I'd give it back
If it's a necktie-and-suit guy I'll pick it up and smirk.
If it's a regular person I'll pick it up and return it to him.
If it's a girl, Ill ask her out for a meal (up to 100$) :D
I would take them out with my taser and grab the rest of their money. Someone able to lose a hundred dollar bill without noticing must be loaded! :-)
I've taken "stage" money... money designed for motion picture uses and "accidentally" dropped it as an experiment in a busy mall. Not one time did anyone give me the "lost" money. I laugh because theyll eventually discover it's fake.
Scream look a panda, and when no ones looking grab the money and disappear in a mist og smoke and a evil laugh
I would tell him because I don't need $100 and because another $100 would have zero effect on my life.
So would you give them an extra hundred?
@Daniela1982 @Daniela1982 Of course not. Honestly is a good policy because usually you cannot gain enough by stealing or being dishonest to have any measurable effect on your lifestyle. Furthermore, if you always truthful and honest and one time there is a condition that makes it best for you to lie, cheat, and steal, or otherwise do evil, you will be given the benefit of the doubt and thereby may avoid going to prison. However, if your reputation is not good, you go to prison.
When I was in college, a printer was reported stolen. Most likely it was a college student. I thought how stupid can a college student be? Perhaps you could sell the printer for $100. However, by the time you stole a dozen, you would be under suspicion and before you could steal 100 ($10,000 in value), you would be caught. You attorney fees would be $30,000 and even then you might be convicted. Furthermore, whenever you apply for a job, they will ask if you have ever been arrested and lying is cause for dismissal. Good luck in getting and keeping a good job. Therefore, you loss of income is going to be greater than $100,000 (let alone the harm to your reputation).
I would give it back.
I found out where Johnny went. You were too mean to him.

I'd give it to them and let them know.
I'd do the right thing to do...
I would say "Hey, you dropped this."
Give it back to them because they worked hard for it
Hand it To Them. xx
I would let them know they dropped something.
What if they are in a bad mood that day and tell you to drop dead?
Id pick it up and give it to them.
Run after them and give them the money back.
"Sir, you just dropped this," and hand it to them.
GIVE IT BACK
i don't know hahahahha
I would give them their money back
Let them know.
