Nope. I think I gravitate toward the face because it's where so much lies - information, feeling, reactions...
If anything, I sometimes make too much eye contact. That depends on the other person, whether they like it and feel listened to, or it makes them feel... too listened to.

No but i can't focus on their words and eyes at the same time sometimes
And also i get tired and dont wanna look at people sometimes as im an empath so i pick up almost every little emotion and subconsciously want to fix it/soothe it which is draining at times
Also i try not to pay attention to people much now. I learned thats the way to be.

It's something even my badminton trainer noticed when I was around 12.
It's still something I fight with, I try to work on it, but it's super hard for me and something I have to be very mindful of.
