Saying something that's been parroted 100 times that's not accurate or true.

"Weight loss is simply a caloric deficit. Calories in, calories out."

So sick of hearing this stupid armchair nutritionist bullsh*t.
Like starving myself for the past ten years has led to any weight loss.
Like all bodies are the same and burn and retain calories the same way.
Or that all calories work in the same way and carbs are no different from sugars.
Like homeostasis and insulin aren't a thing.
It's so f*ckin' dumb.
