How do blind people know when to stop wiping?

Yes it's an old question, one that has plagued mam since the dawn of toilet paper but I thought it worth a revisit.
After having a poo how do blind people know when to stop wiping? If there's any blind people reading this it would be good to get a diffinitive answer.

Lol my cousin ask question SIMILAR to this question a long time AGO but she ask the family at a cookout basically some kind of family gathering she asked all of us she wishes she had a robot toilet seat that would wipe her butt for or something to help her because she was born blind and useing the bathroom was the only thing that bothered her she has OCD hygiene... so I was thinking I could custom make one about one this was about 7 years ago me and my electrician crew that worked at my company we built a custom Bidet to her liking it we tossed the old toilet the new one is... heated seat it sprays any water temperature there's even a fan that air drys your tushy the seat can electrically be lowered or raised even back and forth it even vibrates lol it has whatever kind of soap to mix with the water a R2D2 toilet there's other stuff on it but the only thing it can't do is talk lol... well yeah my blind cousin was like WTF lol well that my TRUE STORY A blind person STAR TREK TOILET 🤣🤣🤣

Same way as everyone else when there a a power cut, tip of your tongue.

if your tongue sticks to the toilet paper, then you can stop wiping, if you instantly go 🤢, then keep wiping.
