My small dog is insecure due to the fact he was abused. If you push his buttons, he’ll bite you but he’ll give you plenty of warning. He hates being picked up unless it’s by me.

He’s bitten me before but he’s gotten much better. It normally happened in the rush of picking him to keep him safe from something, things like that. But as long as he’s respected, it’s fine.

When I got a new puppy, all the dogs (4 of them, now 6) were sorting everything out and getting to know each other. This is completely my fault, I should have known better but they had never been like this with each other. My two older dogs stole my puppies food (they must have done this a few times) and it caused a fight (nothing too major). I intervened and got a nasty bite to the leg, which swelled, bruised and bled.

My puppy developed a few issues with food and resource guarding, but I’ve managed to control it and ease her anxieties of food. She started small with eating away from every dog in her crate, and had come a long way. She’ll eat anywhere now but I’m still watchful and I don’t let particular dogs out with her during meal times. She’ll eat with my small dog I just mentioned though, which she wouldn’t before.

I’m a peaceful person and animals always love me, I’ve only ever been hated by a dog twice in my life but one was abused by their previous owner and hated all people.

Same here but I've only been "attacked" once and the dog was just doing its job.
My ex-fiance got a used (abused) dog back in the `90's and she was so abused by her previous owner that if you tried to reach out to pet her or even let her smell your hand, she'd bolt away like you were gonna hit her!! After a few weeks or so, she got so used to me and realized I WASN'T gonna hit her, she fell in love with me and would run circles of praise around me as soon as I set foot in the house and it took my girlfriend at least 5:00 to get close enough to kiss me!!

No, but my friend's dog did. He wouldn't stop biting me after I tried to stop him from running out the door by grabbing his collar. After he bit 8 holes in my right forearm, I had enough and slammed him into the floor and strangled the fuck out of him until he stopped trying to bite me. I didn't know what else to do, I was bleeding all over the fucking place and getting attacked by a 100 pound dog.

Mine no and he's old af I think 14 and he's never snapped even when I hand feed treats him he's very careful not to accidentally bite. One of my brothers dogs on the other hand absolutely would 1 sec I was petting her then she snapped and nearly got my fingers and this has happened to everyone that visits him. Yes I know he sucks as an owner for training her that way

Sounds like my ex-sister''s dog. Little bastard growls and snaps at anyone that picks it up! She paid $350 for that stupid dog!! I've never SEEN a dog so dumb!! But, she looked. She only had him for a few months and then had him put to sleep.
As for training, she doesn't do ANY training!! She'd rather clean up all the shit, piss and puke on her carpets than to waste any time training them!! But, she's incredibly stupid, too. So is her kid!

They are! I've never had a problem with then except one guard dog nipped my ankle when I was about 12. Other than that, dogs love me!!

Me, neither. Even when we would mock attack the dog, she was always smart enough to know that we were just playing. She'd bark a lot and MAYBE break skin if she took hold of your hand but, if so, it was just accidental.
