So obviously some females NEVER become actual women. Same could be said for some dudes never becoming grown men, either.

Well I would think there are 2 ways to look at it. When legally and when according to maturity. Like legally where I'm from you are considered an adult at 18 years of age. Now maturity is a different ball of whacks because I honestly didn't feel like I really had my stuff together and was still immature up until I was 21 honestly. Hell there's still times I feel like I'm still growing up.
