Wagyu Beef Versus Angus Beef - anyone tried Wagyu, what's it like, etc?

The local grocery store has little wagyu steaks. About 5 times the price of an old angus steak of the same size. Hence I am curious if anyone has tried it.

Personally locally produced good quality beef, tends to be better than other traveled stuff.

the Butcher is really key and their ageing process.

Wagyu is not worth it. Nobody should be spending hundreds on a damn steak that's riddled with fat everywhere.

Learn to cook and you can make cheaper cuts just as good.
