Does certain ways of sleeping make u fart? If yes, which?

If I sleep on my side, especially my left side, I fart a lot. I find that my farts are long, loud, and relieving when I sleep on my side, but when I’m laying on my stomach or my back, my farts are usually wet.

Yeah it's really just the positioning. The more your ass faces up, the better your position will be to fart. Literally if you just do the cat stretch and stick your butt up for a while, you'll be farting non stop
