luckily we have a/c but back before we had that i would just chill by a fan and occasionally wet the bottom part of my wrists so my veins would cool off the rest of my body. seriously it works... for a little while at least
Unfortunately I don't, I get the pleasure of wearing a chemical suit out in direct sunlight. 95° and a heat index of about 110 and inside the chemical suit is probably about 135 I do a lot of sweating
It's just part of my job, I'm a truck driver hauling hydrochloric acid for a living so anytime I'm loading or unloading I have to wear that shit
But once I'm done, I'm in an air conditioned truck, I can jump in the truck occasionally during an offload and cool off for a little bit
I appreciate your comment. Thank you very much. It can be pretty lonely and boring but rewarding at the same time
Thank you for the MHO. I appreciate it. It was 91° at 9:00 a. m. this morning. The heat index is 115. Guaranteed I'm going to have what underwear before this is over with.

A/C for the most part. My house also has a Whole House Fan in the attic. It sucks all the hot air from inside the house and exhausts it out the attic gables in the evening. Then you open your windows and it draws cool air in from outside. Of course this only works if it is cool outside in the evening. But it helps and you don't have to use the A/C so much. We have a house in the desert and it uses a Swamp Cooler which just uses water that evaporates and sends cool air into the house. Sometimes when it is really hot out A/C is not as effective as a swamp cooler. That ends today's lesson on cooling your house, brought to you by Yucca Valley Home Depot.
Most of the time inside with A/C on. If outside, I wear light colored clothes, often shorts and a T-shirt. Stay away from dark (e. g.-black) clothes because they just absorb the heat, lighter (e. g.-white) clothes reflect it away.
Easy. Live in England. It's allegedly summer here, and I'm not sure we have had one day over 20c yet.
Although apparently we're getting a heat wave soon...
My fan is on full blast 24/7 and whenever I feel sweaty, I have a cold ass shower. Feels so refreshing.
Cool shower, don't dry off completely, put in light clothes that get damp from the shower water
I lock my door, get nakey, and build my orchestra of fans. It's never cold enough
Watermelons are great for hydration - my uncle ate it every day in the summer time
