Why do some people laugh at blondes women and often say blondes are dumb and why no one laughs at blond men and think that they are not dumb?

In my opinion, it is not fair in this regard that equality should be. In my opinion it is unfair for blondes women but why people, if they already laugh at blondes women , why no one laughs at blond men. I don't think blondes women are dumb 😁

Is was the big thing to be blonde, and the movies used to portray blondes as being dumb, but were with rich guys.
