How come cops never pull over people who run red lights?

I don't get it. They sit and watch for speeders, but they don't do anything about the 4 cars that went through the red making a left turn.

They took them away in my town. The redlight company fucked over the city and took all the revenue from the tickets, so they did away with them. lol

Plus they can't be fought in court when they don't know who's driving.
