Do you feel you're pretty good at detecting subtle cues for when someone seems a bit off one day?

Like for instance if they normally act all happy, talkative and upbeat a few days, then perhaps notice they aren't talking to you or others as much, perhaps seem a bit distant when you do talk to them?

Depends on how well I know them, but yeah I'm pretty good at it.

I only notice that when I know the person. If I don't deal with them, then I either don't notice or I need more time to grasp it.
