I know someone whose Mother is Asian But under Apartheid many Asians were classified as Coloured (non white). His Grandmother was a blind Chinese women that married A mixed Eurasian man, and had six. Children together two of whom died when they were little. These two raised their kids in a Black neighborhood. The Eurasian man passed away in a bus accident in the early 1970s

The daughter married an Hispanic man and had a Son by him but later they divorced and the Son was raised without his biological father in his life.

The woman married a biracial/Black man who adopted the mixed race Asian kid. And raised him as his own.

Many Biracial blacks try and attempted to claim this mixed race Asian kid because he was raised in a black community and has a biracial Father whom they assume that the Asian kid is half/black (but is not)
