I used to shower at home all the time, but for the last few months, I've started showering at the gym.

It's more comfortable at home, because I can sit down and have more control over where the shower hits, as I can hold the shower head, but showering in the gym saves water at home, so I like doing it there.

Really depends on the clothes and where I'm going after. If I'm headed back to work and I've got my work clothes, then shower at the gym. If I'm headed home or can stay in gym clothes, then at home. If it's been a pool workout, then once I'm out of the bathing suit I'll shower there.

I would usually prefer to shower at the gym so I could drive home clean
