I don't do therapy, I enjoy peace and quiet, time with my wife and kids. Look back at my military service and my time I sacrifice, knowing it's worth it now. I know it helps people, so people need to do what works for them. If it is a quiet place, a gym, a therapist, or god, everyone need their own healing

Depends on the issue. Therapists are good sounding boards reflecting yourself back on you. But sweaty workouts can be GREAT for mood change, breaking patterns, and of course, amazing sex!

if you mean like RIGHT NOW then i'm choosing a good sweaty workout bc therapists are expensive. although if it were a free session, then i'm choosing my therapist that i already go to

If it's a massage therapist, I can help there: been an MT off 30 years. Psychotherapy I leave to my wife who has been doing that for 20 years.

A LOT of cheap slutty women choose a "great sweaty workout" rather than seeking the therapist they SHOULD be seeing to deal with their sense of inferiority, low self-esteem, low self-respect, etc and the other reasons WHY they sleep around like a prostitute. A very typical - these women seeking "love" with men that couldn't careless - scenario.

It really depends on the level of stress.
I mean if one is thinking about harm, depression and anxiety maybe a therapist is more ideal then the gym.
gym serves a great space to let out a day’s frustration and anger.

If you need therapy then therapy is the right choice. Working out instead of sorting out your mental health issues is just burying your issue deeper down.

    Why not both?
Their uses are totally different. I'd go to a therapist to work through my issues.
I'd go to a gym to stay active and healthy.

One is about a healthy mind and the other about a healthy body.
