How likely is it that this Verizon employee went on my computer when it was unattended?

So the other day we had a Verizon employee to come to the house and change the router, set up a new box and do new wiring.

The Verizon guy had to go in my room because that's where the router is and he went outside and came back in and went to my room to setup the router when I was downstairs for a few minutes doing something.

I mistakenly left my computers logged in unattended, I'm very privacy focused and have very strong passwords and encrypt all my drives, etc...

But I left both of my laptops and desktop computers unattended, logged in, and one of the windows that wasn't visible had my offline password manager that I left open.

When I came back up stairs he had unplugged my hdmi cable from one of my monitors and had several other cables on the floor, and my desktop tower moved a little bit because he had to get to the coax outlet and there were many cable in the way.

Nothing really indicated that he snooped on my computers as the windows were the same as I left them as far as I can remember..

Likely
Not likely
I'm being paranoid
