I have been living in my apartment for 2 years now Since day one I've been having problems. The 1st day I moved in here before I move all my things in I seen roaches in my room I have never had roaches before until i moved here. I've had 3 incidents where maintenancemen or someone from My rental office has tried to come into my apartment the
1st time this happened It was when I 1st moved into my apartment I took a shower And decided to lay down on my couch I fell asleep and woke up to a lady from the rental office trying to unlock my door They didn't send me any notice email phone call or anything about her coming or why she was there she just came to my door trying to unlock it but my top lock was on the door so she couldn't come in but if she did let herself in she would have seen me naked on my couch
the second time it's happened I did get a notice from the leasing office They were upgrading everyone's toilet in the apartment complex and it was mandatory But when they came they knocked on my door I was in my room standing up by the time I got to the door they already unlocked my door but my top lock was locked I went to unlock the top lock But as soon as I did that the maintenance man was already forcing herself into my apartment and broke my top lock When he did that he hit my head with the door and I had a big knot on my head
The third time this has happend was 2 days ago I requested a exterminator because I have a mouse in my apartment they were supposed to come last week but came 2 days ago When he came I was in my underwear with a shirt on about to get in the shower I was in my room and I heard when unlocking the door It was the maintenance man he did not knock or anything he just left his self in
And 2 months ago my fridge stove and microwave stop working out of nowhere I contacted maintenance and they did not come I contacted them over 30 times I had to throw all my food out a few days later he came he told me he went to the wrong Address the
