Can I break my lease early due to concerns of a health hazard?

The drain to my kitchen sink keeps clogging. When I told my landlord about it she sent maintenance to see what was wrong. they used a device known as a "snake* to unclog the pipes. It worked for a while but then it started acting up again so we had maintenance come over to look at it again and they just did the same thing. It worked for a bit but then it started happening AGAIN. this time not only does the water clog and take long to go down but now we can hear the kitchen sink making weird drainage noises and it keeps regurgitating water, waste and some ashy looking substance. I know this is a health hazard. Is this issue enough for me to terminate my lease and move?
