Incel is just a word. It doesn’t define you. Only you can define yourself. Trust me. From my time on this site, you do not want to be in that group. They are a bunch of whiny men that blame women for their own shortcomings.

You claim you behave well. That automatically excludes you from that group as they are mostly offensive. They want instant gratification without actual doing any work on themselves.

From your limited details, you do not seem like what I see as an incel. To me, you just have not met the right girl yet. Technically, it took me 25 years to find Mr. Right. Yes, I dated a couple guys before getting engaged, but it wasn’t a priority in life.

Just continue being you and have some patience. You can’t force a relationship and seems like you just need to find that right girl.

I always suggest finding a local activity group or club that interests you. You’ll find likeminded people that share an interest. That’s an easy way to break the ice.
