Make friends with them. Spend lots of time around them. Yeah, you'll notice a few differences, but more than anything, you'll learn that they're just people, like anyone else, and that they have a lot to offer, just like anyone else.
You can even tell them "hey, I've never spent any time around black people, and I admit to being nervous around them, but I'm trying to learn and improve, and it would be good to make some new friends." In all likelihood, they'll be understanding and try to make you comfortable.

Any person can rob you, even a person you trust. That has nothing to do with skin color.
You either get therapy or you can try to get to know more black people. That way, you'll see that not all black guys are criminals.

Just like any other phobia, you have to face it and get comfortable. It sounds like you don't know any black people so all you have is scenarios you have built up in your head.
So as someone else said, just interact with them and you will realize that they are just like any other people.The obession continues.
