I personally use the mirrors.
Legally you're supposed to look back.
When I took my second driver's license test (because I moved countries) the only deduction I got was one, because I looked back, then forward, a couple of times, while parallel parking. That's not right. Your eyes are supposed to be fixed in reverse. Because that's the direction you could injure someone.

I use both. You can never rely on just one of these because you might hit something or someone cause you didn't see them - they were in your blind spot.
Also, constantly check all your mirrors in the car when you're driving so you are aware of your surroundings at all times.
I mostly use my three mirrors. I turn my head from side to side to check blind spots, but I don't turn around to look directly behind me because I can see perfectly through the mirrors.
In my car, I use both, look back... then mirrors... repeat, mostly mirrors though.
My SO's car has a backup camera, so if I drive her ca, I use the camera view.

Back up cam and looking back
Backing up into a tight spot like the garage, I use the mirror on the passenger side, and open the driver side door to check clearance on my side. That's because I have to be spot on to avoid hitting anything and still have a little space to open the door and get out.
When backing up into an open parking space, I just use the mirrors.
I don't parallel park at all, since I would never leave one of my cars parked out at the curb where it could get hit by a car driving down the street.
Mirrors. As I guess it's a habit of mine to make sure there's nothing in the mirrors. Looking back is something I don't often do because... shi, i don't remember if I do subconsiously
i just use the mirrors. i only look back if i have to go backwards for a long time. if it's a particularly tight spot, i just get out of the car and see how many inches i still got. i don't have this beeping assistant thingy.
I mainly follow the instructions of my Missus while secretly I glance at the mirrors.
Looking back: only when a crowd begins to gather.
But it's not a big deal... on a motorbike :D
A combination of both actually. But my is equipped with a reversing camera, can be big help at times.
Both, plus i have a rear view camera. If you’re not using all of it, you’re not getting a full field of view.
Looking back to be sure there's no-one there, but mirrors to make sure there's space between the car and any barriers or other cars.
Unfortunately I have no idea as I don't have a car. But I always looked behind me when parking a toy car😂
I don't park in reverse. 😂 I suck at reverse parking and parallel parking.
I use a backup camera and proximity sensors with automatic braking. ☺️
I hope no one’s behind me cause I can’t turn my head like that 🥰🥰
I do both in my car, but when I drove a bus I mostly used the mirrors.
It depends what the vehicle is. In my car I turn but if I'm in a truck I use the mirrors
I use the backup camera. I guess that's cheating, though. Lol
If I drove, looking back. I’ve heard that mirrors ain’t reliable to park. My friend actually broke a car by using the mirrors, I think.
You forgot vote c - both. Because I personally use both ways 🙂👍
While backing into my reserved spot at home, I use the side mirror to align myself to the curb and the lines I need to be inside of
Looking at the image from the camera on my rear bumper displayed on my dashboard.
Mirrors usually, no looking back with a tractor trailer
