Don’t use it. Wanted to use it once, and make it a ‘thing,’ but I didn’t want to seem like a “nerd” or “wanna-be smart person…”
which is actually REALLY DUMB lol
because everyone should want to be smart, but I still only use the bigger words for more specific things… that just don’t have a simple word for it, or a simple word that describes it well.
Instead of therefor, I use “so” or “because”
I like to be understandable to others; be able to explain complex things with simple words, and I could know those words just to know them, but some just seem impractical.
Therefor is basically like a really complex ‘and’ or ‘because’
Therefor isn’t a noun, or anything complex, but just like a conjunction- which does seem pretty unnecessary to ME. “So” and “because” work just fine for me.

"therefore" not too often, as i am not a native English speaker, but i use the german translation maybe every other day.
I'm my both native languages is therefore used often. Especially in German language there are at least 5 words for therefore.
s Only when I’m trying to make a point to people, which isn’t too often. So I’ll say maybe once a month lol.

I never use that word
During writing the conclusive statement of maths.
s I would say it was a month ago or more. I only use it through text.
I like to explain the logic of my conusions, therefore I use it way to often.
I don't use it frequently, but not infrequently either. Really the only time I would use it is when having a "discussion" with someone online like here.
My views are quite unconventional, ergo I use therefore when others would use however.
I do not recall ever using the word in anything other than pleadings or other formal correspondence.
The last time I remember using it was from stating an argument on GAG.
