No. Men are only "bothered" by virginity if the reason for the virginity was that the woman has a poor view of sex (often because of some childhood trauma, usually untreated), is extremely religious, or is completely uninterested in sex. For men looking for a serious relationship/wife, it would actually be a plus.

Sure, it's going to be a problem for a very small percentage of guys - some guys only want casual sex, and don't want to mess with virgins because they know virgins tend to get attached, and then want a more serious relationship - and some guys are just weirded out, or are afraid they won't know what to do with her, so they'd rather just avoid the issue altogether. This, collectively, is still such a small group of men that it shouldn't be an issue for you.

It all depends on the person but I believe if virginity is the reason they get turned off then they weren't meant to be the the person you have sex with, don't take it personal and find someone else

It may be a cautionary flag as to what possible reasons she’s in her 30’s and still single and a virgin… but it’s not an automatic disqualifier or turnoff.

That's exactly one of the things I'd concern myself about. If you couldn't find a suitable man when you were young, its doubtful you would find one now. Your standards are either unreasonably high or you are not willing or able to do the things necessary to meet men who fulfill those standards. A clear case of hitting one's head against a brick wall... big red flag for a serious relationship.
