No. I’ve been bullied all my life and one day I got taller and in 7th or 8th grade I have no idea why but this little punk and I reiterate punk (trouble maker in his class and most of school). He came up to me and wanted to fight me. I didn’t want to. He starts using his hands and slapping at my ribs and arms. Then he took his hardcover books and throwing them at me and I turned to the side and bent my leg into a deflective V pattern. All the others are saying to me kick his ass, are you going to let him get away with it? Finally I had enough and picked him up by the jacket front with both hands and I said leave me alone. I don’t want to fight you. (Good thing him and me we didn’t know the power of the kick in the crotch because he could have nailed me). I’m guessing when I picked him up (think of Darth Vader picking up that guy on Star Wars only I held his jacket - Not his throat) that it must have shocked him because he stopped. I tossed him onto the ground and left. I felt the power what those bullies did to me throughout my childhood. And you know what? I Hated it! I didn’t like that power at all. I’m surprised that I didn’t get called into the principals office but nothing else happened after that.

+1 yI don't pick on people unless they're assholes.
When I was a kid, there was a bully and I kicked his ass. The teacher told me that she didn't know what to do because on one hand she was happy I defended someone but on the other hand the bully was smaller than me.
It made me wonder if I would have done the same thing if he was bigger than me so I decided that day to treat everyone the same way I treated that kid no matter what. Hasn't landed me in too much trouble yet.

+1 yI wouldn't say its exactly fine, maybe if you're joking. Personally I don't mind a joke but I've had friends shorter than me who would've killed me if I joked like that.

Definitely, although actual bullying is rarer. Maybe not on here, considering how often you're "bullied" lol

😆 it's surprising you've survived this long out here

Didn't you say you're like 4'11", though? Who's shorter than you; babies? - +1 y
@MCheetah I've had a few friends who were 4'2-4'7, there's not that many people shorter than 5 feet tbh.
+1 yIf “people” refers to you, then yes 🤪
On a serious note, I guess it’s okay if the person in question is fine with it and if it’s in a lighthearted manner.

ok a word is like a sword you dont know how deep it will go in and or how long it will last i was picked on when i was young for being short and it still hurt at the age of 17 try to change a habit with another so instead of picking help even once and you will notice a difference try to maybe defend one from being picked at
10 Reply546 opinions shared on Other topic. Usually it is the small people with a bad attitude that start problems to begin with, (talking crap about others) thinking that because they are small and weak nobody should do anything to them for being a jerk. I have no problem beating a small person if they start problems with me. If people leave me alone, I leave them alone. If they start problems I punish them.
10 Reply1.3K opinions shared on Other topic. I'm 6' and 240lbs. There's not many people bigger than me.
So I'm generally careful how I talk to people.
I was bullied as a kid. Sometimes people still try. One did today actually. Grown ass woman attacked the kids in my complex, one of whom is my son. A question of the old adage "with minimal power comes minimal intelligence"
She seemed surprised I defended my four year old boy.
He seemed surprised I didn't literally explode10 Reply1.5K opinions shared on Other topic. No smaller, same size or larger, it isn't right.
Put yourself in their place, how would you like it.
I have one more kid from high school I need to apologize to, I was an ass hat to him and others.
The others I ran into already. So it is just him that is left.
I was the thing to do back then, but that didn't make it right.

110 ReplyNo, since I'm small myself. The only people I think it's okay to pick on, are rude people, and stupid AND rude people. And there's no "shortage" of them!
10 Reply1K opinions shared on Other topic. No way, I get picked on a lot but if they use me as an arm rest and are ticklish I can easily strike back.
11 Reply5.1K opinions shared on Other topic. It's been my experience that short people a lot of time punch the hardest. Never assume just cause someone's smaller they're a pushover (case in point Mike Tyson). It ain't the dog in the fight, it's the fight in the dog.
