If you're driving down the road as shown in the picture, with a yellow line on your left and a white line on your right, what should you do?

In the US, the yellow line shows the side of the road, and the white line shows that traffic on the other side of the road shroud be traveling in a direction facing you, going "the other way" Since driving in the US is on the right, the yellow line should always be on your right and the white line on your left.

In this picture the colored lines are opposite to what they the be meaning...

This car is going the wrong way and should immediately stop and turn around.

That is the correct answer.

Surprisingly, or maybe not considering the number of wrong-way crashes that happen in the US, no one got this right.

Solid yellow line makes the left edge of the landes travelling in your direction. Solid white line separates lanes moving in the same direction and it further means that lane changing is prohibited (or discouraged) unless necessary to avoid a hazard.

I drove in LA back in 2018, all i know is never to drive to the left of these lines. 🤷‍♂️. In sweden these lines means you can't park here, only for loading/unloading business vehicles

Is this just one lane? If it's two lanes and you're on a highway, you need to be on the right unless you are passing someone.

It’s just a free flowing traffic lane. Keep moving in same direction.

UK answer. White line means do not cross it and yellow line means restricted parking. Arrow indicates flow of traffic.

USA answer. Only shoot in direction of arrow, do not shoot over white line.

your answer is wrong, you have it backwards.
A solid white line is the fog line, and it is on the drivers right side of the car, the solid yellow line, should be a double line would indicate that you have oncoming traffic on your left, and if it was a double yellow line, it would indicate no passing as well as there is oncoming traffic on your left, if it is a solid single yellow line on your side and a broken/dash yellow line on the other side of the yellow line means that cars in the oncoming lane can pass if there are no cars in the opposite lane.
If the solid yellow line is in the oncoming traffic lane and you have the broken/dash yellow line on your side of the solid yellow line that indicates that you can pass only if there are no other cars in the opposite lane.
If it is a single broken/dash line in the center that indicates that either lane can pass if there is no oncoming traffic.
On a freeway/divided highway the center line is white indicating that traffic is/should be going the same direction in both/all lanes.
The white fog line on drivers right indicates that you are going the correct direction and that traffic in that lane is moving in the correct direction.
On that same divided highway, the solid yellow fog line on drivers left indicates that traffic on drivers left either across the median, or barrier will/should be going in the opposite direction that you are going.
The double reflectors on the delineators indicate where the off ramp/exit starts.
