Yes and no. I’ve been around the medical community my whole life, both my parents work in healthcare and I’m going into a healthcare field myself so I’ve never been nervous to go to the doctor. I am afraid of being misdiagnosed or my doctor not truly caring about what’s wrong with me and not treating me effectively. Even as a student I’ve had several “wtf” moments when a radiologist report skips over a potential problem I saw during an imaging study. Kinda makes me wish I had gone to medical school but that’s a looot of school. 😓

No, I've grown tired of going to the doctor, being either judged or flat out ignored.

I've come to the conclusion that most doctors today are not truly doctors, merely medical technicians, subject to all of the fallacies that technicians are prone to making.

I don't blame the doctors. They are facing a new world. It's up to the new doctors to take up the mantle to restore the study of medicine.

No, I'm not scared. I just don't go that often. Do you know that your chance of getting sick more than triples when you enter a doctor's office... sick people are there.

Depends what I’m going for! I don’t always have the time to clear a schedule for a rando appointment in the middle of the day where I have to wait 30 min over my scheduled appointment time just to wait another hour for the doctor to walk in the room for 5 minutes. All for me to be told to take advil or over the counter medicine. 😂

No. But I also didn’t have healthcare for a few years because I made too much for Medicaid but also made too little to be able to survive after they take out medical from my checks. Somehow, an application I did from 2020 for Medicaid was approved so I have health insurance now and have been taking complete advantage of it.

I would classify it as intimidation and caution rather than fear, cause I have 4 medical professionals I have access to for my concerns, and one of them is immoral and detestable.

naw. only when i go to the dentist. cause i can't see what they're doing. i'm not very sensitive to pain but i can't handle pain that i can't see coming. and with the dentist, you never see wha they're doing before they do it.

Went to the doctor recently for a pain in my stomach. Was just a lymph noode that can't be removed cause men have them. Was given medicine and it is working for my stomach. Though I occasionally get stomach cramps or can't go restroom.

Only Planned Parenthood. I went for an STD test and the place was just so awful and nauseating. Plus, the "doctors" were extremely unprofessional. Just the feeling I get in there is enough to make me want to die.
