+1 yDoctors freak me out. I have 6 different doctors, and I dread going in. I didn't go to any of them for a long time, and last time, my case manager had to make my appointments and practically force me to go, because I kept getting sick, and wasn't taking my medication.
Then I ended up in the hospital, which hospitals freak me out. They're always cold, and then I'm always sweaty, but still cold. The nurses come into my room all day. taking blood, taking me for tests the doctor ordered, and asking a bunch of stupid questions. The last time they asked me, "Were you born a male?" I said, "Do I look like I'm having an identity crisis?" lol.
I have 3 more appointments in the next 2 weeks. Hopefully, I forget about them, lol.
Yeah, I stopped caring, lol.10 Reply

+1 yNot really. I am not to fond of needles, which becomes a mind over matter thing. I just think about all the people who are diabetics and have to take them all the time, so, once in a blue moon's not so bad.

The only other setback is all the little germy monsters that came before me... 10 Reply

+1 yI don't really trust doctors. The majority of those I've met, are too absolute and don't pay attention to a patient's symptoms. Also, you can't really ask them questions, as they get annoyed/bothered

Wow! I LOVE the dentist. š
Did you have a bad experience? - +1 y
@TrueConfection i had this fear since i was born. I always feared them, like some people fear clowns
- +1 y
That's too bad. It's so nice to have someone else polish your teeth while you just lie back. No one can bother you either.
- +1 y
@TrueConfection i pulled my own tooth, just so I wouldn't have to go to one
- +1 y
Eeeee! You might not have lost a tooth of you'd have gone on the first place.
Vets put animals all the way under to clean their teeth, so I don't see why you can't get a specialized dentist to do the see for you. - +1 y
Omg... Stupid phone!

+1 yNope. I love going to the doctor.
Mainly the reason they examine me and touch my body and so on and on, I love it haha, I just close my eyes and relax.

+1 yNot doctors but I surely don't like to go to the dentist every month for my braces. I dislike how hardly he grabs my jaws to tighten the braces.
15 Reply- +1 y
@serious not really painful but it's uncomfortable. The light set up above would fall on my eyes and then they will set my lips apart with this instrument which is really uncomfortable. The dentist will then have to grab my lower jaw tightly to attach the new wire and I dislike the feeling of his rubber gloves around my mouth. And then after attaching the new wire he will finally tighten it which makes my teeth feel uncomfortable. The whole procedure is uncomfortable and the pain hits after 2 hours when I try to bite something.

@apulu_imback
Come on!. It is painful for sure. I got this treatment done twice so I know for sure. Yes the pain does not start immediately after your visit but it starts a few hours later.
Surely it hurts but yes it would be for just a day or two before your teeth gets used to the tension and pressure that is being applied to it. - +1 y

10 Reply4.5K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. Not really. I get alittle freaked out if I need surgery.
