I live in a small farmhouse built in 1941, according to property appraiser records. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, small bathroom, enclosed front porch, enclosed back porch, a total of 1,267 sq ft.
I would like to see that house. I am imagining it. Must be really nice to sit in front in the evening.
It is very comfortable, but unfortunately needs extensive repairs.
Theoretically, I prefer one that's bigger, so I have a good amount of space, so maybe a mansion sized one.
However, I do understand that it's high maintenance and if I lived alone or with one person, then a regular 3 bedroom house may be sufficient for space and storage.
A mansion opens the options for having some more luxury stuff, like a walk-in closet, a sauna, etc.
Out of these, I would choose a house with 3 rooms. But my dream home would have a garden, a garage and space where I could do exercise.
3beds, 2 baths, kitchen dining combo. No bs rooms.
bs rooms?
90s houses here unless you were unemployed had like dining rooms and like the fancy sofa room. They never got used by regular humans.
Extra bits of luxury nobody needed then. What you wish is really good. Coupled with a balcony and a dry balcony for doing dishes or other things. We have such flats here.
Yeah exactly. I do like terraces or yards.

A fully staffed seaside estate with a pristine Ozark stream running through it.
So, we're talking about at least three U. S. states to achieve the necessary perimeter for such an estate.
I would specify more particulars, but you get the idea.
In best GaG fashion: you did not specify if these states are ''red'' or ''blue'' :D
@andreasderjuengere
They are neither red nor blue.
They are my states.
I shall have them depicted on world maps using the color chartreuse.
My dream, my color.
My kingdom.
Just kidding.
I'd be happy in a shack on the river.
My SO and I are empty-nesters... it's just us and our dog, so there's no reason to have a big house. I chose A - small house with land for our dog to run and play on.
Quite realistic and understandable.
A pretty medieval castle would be fine.
That's actually quite good for security reasons!
I picked the mansion but I really just need a 3 bedroom ranch with a 2 car garage.
Quite scenic. I am trying to guess.
Just big enough to not feel crowded. Open space is nice, but too much is just more space to clean and pay for.
Spot on.
Small, landed
Somewhere like a park home with room to set a land yacht up as a cigar space outside and a decent couple of bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and lounge
a small house is one bedroom... not three, lol
A 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house with some land in the woods with a covered or wrap around porch.
Something like A and D
Option D is in demand it seems! I am quite sure their real-world prices are also high then.
Low maintenance too
