Honestly, should the situation ever take place. You are able to have a life outside of work. Separation of the two is key.

If they are joined and actively seeking out your content. Block them, and when asked why. Simply put, my private thoughts, feelings, and happenings are not privy to your snooping. Should they then decide to take retaliatory actions for you doing this, there will be more that you can look into, including legally options depending on what you agreed to when being hired or has come into effect since then also. So double check your works policies in matters like this so you have your feet planted for the chance of a storm should it take place.

Eh. It's not like I act any different in real life, whether they're aware of that or not. They'd probably be more shocked of my political views, cause while I do live in Korea and work with native Korean teachers, most of them have lived in America before and lean moderately liberal (not outright "Leftist," but typical liberalism of 30-40 year olds).

I have no worries about that, I'm sort of my own boss, so I wouldn't think about myself, but if I found out anyone, even my husband going through anything of mine, hell would break out, though only people I trust know I'm on G&G anyway,

Only my G@G account is really hidden from anyone. All my other accounts, only Instagram is there, is public.

Same as you, I do not want gossip, assumption, and any other stereotype. That is just time consuming, energy consuming with hardly anything worthy output.

Meh, if he does, then he does. If he  really  wants to know about my sex life, past relationships, intimate details about my life, anf how I feel about certain topics, then he's welcome to read through my posts. I suspect it would affect him, more than it would affect me. I don't particularly care, as I'm just as open in real life, as I am here; it's just that he isn't in the circle of friends who already know all this stuff.

I would be fine with it. My boss knows the person I am and, more importantly, the worker I am. My performance is excellent so that's what really matters to him. Plus, the person I am on GaG is who I am in real life. So, if my boss wants to know about my sex life or where I want to retire to, more power to him. 🤣

In general? I don't think he'd think much of it. He'd just think it's another social media platform.

If he found out I was on it at work? That'd be a problem. Fortunately, I don't have to worry about that, since my phone is tucked away in my lunchbox until breaktime.

He wouldn’t care. He’s actually a pretty cool guy.

But I do like having anonymity. I have gotten into some deeper issues on here and I prefer them not to get out to my wider circles. For example I got some addiction issues. I’ve made big progress (finally kicked a very bad gambling habit) but I still got a ways ago. I do not believe most people would understand not fairly judge what I’ve been through.
