How does a pill abortion work?

I read about it, but I want more advice from people who have done it, because I'm afraid that if I do it, I might give birth to a fetus and that scares me. The pharmacist said I need to wait 10 more days to see if I'm pregnant because my period was 30 days ago, and to see a result I need to wait 10 more days. What I want to know is if I do an abortion pill in this incipient stage in which it's not even a fetus, just a bunch of cells, how will it be? How will I eliminate it?

Update: I found out he was cheating and there was a probability that she would be pregnant too, so I went and did a blood analysis, and it's negative, so the doctor said I'm not pregnant, and also I'll wait a few days to do another pregnancy test. About the guy, I left him and never wanna see him again, I thing the other one also left him, but apparently there was a 3rd girl who is already 3 months pregnant, but I don't know if that's a lie or not, either way, I left him

Unless I am mistaken, it works on the same principle as the day-after pill. It gives the body an excess of hormones that forces the uterus to shed the tissue where the Ovule is anchored. Basically, it is like a very strong menstrual phase in order to expel all out.
And yeah, due to how strong that is, it is better to see if you are pregnant or not.

It's okay if it's a heavier period but someone told me that a girl did this abortion pill and she didn't know it'll expel the baby and she literally gave birth to a kind of really small baby and I don't want that. If it's just a bunch of cells that are forming I can definitely throw that without pain

So, you are afraid of seeing something baby-like. For all intents and purposes, what you will be doing, no matter how soon or late you do it, is expelling a baby. When done early on, it does not have the shape, is no more than, as you very correctly put it, "a conglomerate of cells", visually similar to a blood clot, but it is still a baby in progress. That is something you have to come to terms to. I am not saying you are doing sunbathing wrong or horrible, just making sure you understand what you are doing.

Back to the issue at hand, the longer you wait the more it will look like a baby. It still takes a couple of weeks after conception before it starts shaping itself like one. Before that, while it does have a certain shape, it is quite identical to embryos of many animals (including birds!), but the size is still very small. If you don't look too closely, you don't really notice anything.
If you still have a problem with that, then I can only suggest not looking at all. When it happens, just get cleaned, change of clothes if needed, and done. No need for more drama.

That said, while I am in favor of abortion, I think best if it can be avoided. I don't want to sound like your parents, but try to be responsible and use protection to avoid getting pregnant again.

I would guess its mainly hormones to flush the fertilized egg out with the regular period.

While I haven't done it, I do know that it can cause cramping, but at this stage if you happen to be pregnant, it would feel more like a heavy period. Take care of yourself <3

Do you happen to know any method that I can find out at this stage if I'm pregnant? The pharmacist said that even If I do get a pregnancy test rn it won't show, and it won't show even at those things that they put some liquid on your belly and you can see the baby

My best friend had a miscarriage last month.

Basically what it does, is it kick starts a period to flush a fertilized egg out. It doesn't hurt any worse than that, so don't worry hon.

It’s different than the day after pill which you only have up to 72 hours to take after unprotected sex, abortion pill is what he said, you’ll have to wait but will be more like a blood clot coming out

You may experience some cramps and heavy bleed, but shouldn't bother for long time
