That's the attitude you need to take into living your life - DAILY! Be thankful and look at your blessings, rather than always focusing on what's going bad in your life.
If you follow those type ideas, you'll discover you're not as stressed, your blood pressure is lower, and although no one has a "Disney fantasy" life, those difficult times won't feel as bad.
This is over-simplified gobbledygook. Don't get me wrong, if anyone finds these helpful, then by all means go for it.
But... there is no great wisdom here. To each their own though. 🙂
How did you get 71% MHO with that kind of answer?
You must be numb from watching all the garbage going on in the news. It can get you that way, which is why we need some positives here and there to balance out the bad. 😘

i don't think hope does people any good. i do believe in evidence.
Hope you never wind up in court to proclaim your innocence.
