Villages, but big cities are often more practical, especially if one has no car...
Big cities offer more entertainment options and usually better food choices. Beyond that, I don't have much use for them.
Coming from a small village, I can say life can be quite boring and limiting. Also, people tend to act more gossipy and i hate that
I would prefer cities, life is easy there and one can easily make a living since a lot of opportunities present themselves
Village / small town is nice but only for a short period of time... After a while I miss the big loud city..
Living in the countryside is for married people. Being single, I like living in a smallish town which is close to a lot of nature, like forests, coasts, hills, beaches, etc.
I like being out in the small towns, it's quiet, i can star gaze, the air is fresh, i can wonder about without worry... but then i don't have the convenience and needed grocery store nearby.
Small cities. I grew up in a concrete jungle and since went rural. I like living far enough away from gunshots and police sirens but close to Walmart and my job and shit.
Well I can’t really pick because although it’s easier to blend in and go unnoticed in a big city you get more alone time , quiet and peace in a village
I’m so split, I can’t decide in my own life where I want to live!
Hahaha so cute
I find villages a little too over-crowded :)
I prefer small towns with a city around a 45 minutes away.
I prefer villages. Ideally, there would be a big city close enough by.
Urban living bud. Ranch, village call it what u want. I don't have issues with birds singing, versus helicopters, and sirens blaring.
Villages are better. Only problem I see are the roads and infrastructure is less but it is peaceful and more private
I travel a lot & i tried to experiment with a village lifestyle. There is just no way i could do it. I am a city person and i love the convenience of cities🤧
Honestly I don't care for cities or villages. I prefer to live in or near a small town.
Big cities have opportunities to better life
Village/Small Town, I've lived in cities and I don't like them,
Villages. I have only visited a few big cities and don't like them.
A smaller town/city within an hour or two of a larger city.
Middle of the road. That's why I live in a burb.
Villages. A place small enough where everyone seems to know each other.
Cities, I grew up in a village and having to take a car for 20 minutes to buy anything is a massive pain.
Village became the small town community feels more personal and I like cities for the availability of anything I want or need
I prefer to be alone...
However, if I had to choose... Cities
Villages or small towns as we call them over here
Village for sure, and live in village already
Raised on a farm. Don’t feel comfortable in larger cities.
I like our little town plus traveling to San Francisco for th he day
I grew up in a small town but hated commuting for simple things like groceries.
Villages are great places to live good places to eat people. I enjoy the countryside.
Small town. I've lived in a city and didn't care for it. Too many people.
I like villages. Like to expose the nature. To have open bath in stream etc.
A gated community or village in the suburb of a big city works for me.
It definitely depends on the context of the situation.
I prefer cities because I can see a lot of different places and things of that nature
I love Big cities and sky scrapers. Life is boring and slow in small towns and villages.
I like Cities instead of Country towns but I just don't like the big crowds.
I prefer my farm where my nearest neighbor is 2 miles away
Big cities, for sure, villages are too boring for my taste.
Village. Sure it's boring most of the time, but it's quieter, safer, cleaner.
I live in a smallish town now, big city is about 3 hrs away and I frequently visits but would not like to live there at all.

What are villages? Only villages I know are over seas
City! But once in a while a like to be away from the city and be around nature to relax.
I can be happy in either , but a nice cottage in a village somewhere yeah that's were it's at
I'd never want to live in a big city
The reason?
Its just too stressful, too many people, packed public transit, high criminality, no peace, expensive housing and living.
