Hahaha yes I would! Can you imagine being pulled over and given a seat by the authorities on the side of the road because you were not "legal" in height. Yikes. Not that I have much room to talk, but at least my altitude is sufficient to not ride in a kiddy seat.

What is the requirement by the way? I don't even know what it is in my home country. I will have to look it up. Thankfully, although not tall myself, I don't have an issue. I rarely drive anyhow. I leave that up to my koala.

I just have this picture of the policeman (or woman) getting a booster seat out of the trunk, strapping it in the driver's seat while you wait on the side of the road, everyone watching this as it happens. Only thing that would make that picture even funnier is if they took your coffee and put it into a sippy cup.

I wonder what super short folks have to do to reach the pedals. Is it special shoes or special pedals do you think? Well, in any event, glad you are a legal adult when it comes to height, unlike some I know. 😐

No, whatever makes the car safer. Unfortunately cars aren't designed for women, small or tall men they're only designed and safety tested for the average man. If you can do something that would make the chances of you dying in a crash less likely then do it.

I'm not even sure they had child seats for cars when I was that age. I know I never rode in one. But despite that I was born a month premature. I caught up fast and for the most part have always been big for my age. So I doubt this would have ever been an issue. But I did have this problem the opposite direction. I remember going trick or treating in middle school. I was already 6 foot by then and I remember being embarrassed by this one guy who refused to give me candy and verbally gave it to me because he thought I was a high school senior. Needless to say I didn't trick or treat after that. 🤣 Which is cool because it was about time for me to quit.
