Feeling of impending doom?

I wake up every morning feeling terrified for no reason. The feeling continues the whole day. My stomach is on fire, I'm shaking all the time, and my brain is waiting for something bad to happen. I used to be a very positive, calm person, and everything changed out of nowhere. I can't even enjoy anything anymore, since my body is constantly on fight or flight mode. Does anyone feel this way? Do you have tips on how to stop it?
