Whats the longest time you’ve owned a pet?

For me it would be my childhood cat. They found him as a kitten just a couple weeks after I was born; we were practically the same age. Although he died when we were both fifteen, I always viewed him as very wise and knowing. Unfortunately he was in a lot of pain, and committed suicide.

About 2 years but she was an ungrateful whore and got knocked up by my neighbors pit bull she had 9 puppies and I kept the chubby one and named him fat daddy ( he was so cute I didn’t know that dogs could be born fat )

How can a cat commit suicide?

He was in a lot of pain and kept trying to get hit by the car when my dad would pull in. My dad would get out and move him each time.
The last time he got in front of the car, my dad was gonna move him but he walked away. Then last second he jumped in front of the car again and died.
