Do you ever get the feeling the genders are now playing chess with each other?

I'm currently single because I want to take a break from this neverending gender war, this distrust, this hatred, this animosity. I feel as if they're both now playing chess with each other until one of them says checkmate. Both are only thinking of themselves, their needs and what benefits them only.

There is no trust, no compromise, no sacrifice for each other, no nothing. I feel things are getting worst than ever. Just like I don't believe are men are liars, I also had enough of being considered another golddigger just because someone else mistreated him.

I feel that way. What about you?

I got my own assets anyways. I got my own stuff, my own money. I don't want someone else's properties. The hell with this ''so you're after my money'' thing.

It's gone way beyond chess, more like Mortal Kombat. You are right, though, that it's getting worse every day.

The West has experienced decades of fat times. It has become the norm, the expectation. Western society has gotten very soft, and many people are very arrogant and entitled. But those fat times are coming to an end, and bad time are coming, soon. Women as a whole have not been building any political capital with men, no goodwill, at all. Just the opposite, in fact.

Men are angry, and getting angrier all the time. That will come back to bite women when times get bad. It's coming.

This is why I was thinking of traveling elsewhere and take all my assets there, then do the natural dating process and find myself a normal man that has no ''omg every women wants to dry me and leave me poor'' mentality. I had enough of been accused of being another golddigger that wants to take everything away from him. I want a normal relationship, a normal life without this gender distrust.
Over here, it's like every single time I've mentioned about wanting something serious men from this site, on youtube or someone else immediately want to fire back with an ''so you want my money and all my assets''. I got my own money (gave some away to help out a kid with cancer and still have a lot) and assets myself; no thanks. I don't need anyone's money.

What they're doing is that same as if I was fearful all the times (even while crossing the streets) and thought all men were out there to rape me.

It's not really about men thinking all women are gold diggers. That's just men finally getting fed up and starting to fire back at women for all the years of society treating men badly and women claiming men are oppressors of women. Feminism started this war and now that's what it is, a full blown war.

Yet while this is happening the innocent parties (those that want nothing but peace and a normal relationship) have to pay the price for something they didn't do.

True, but women have created this condition, and only they can fix it. We all are paying the price, both men and women, but only women have the power to right the ship.

I can't find other women to back me up if I were to speak up against all that. I've seen how girls can be spiteful with each other too, esp if we don't support their radical views. I might even risk getting attacked by them, ostracized or get bullied.

It's hard when you feel it's one against all. It's like putting yourself at risk.

I'll give you a real life example; unrelated to feminism but similar:
There used to be someone getting bullied. I never participated in this but if I had done something, I would've risked getting bullied myself. I used to speak with the kid whenever the bullies weren't around. I couldn't do nothing against them. I felt powerful to stop it.

this was 8th grade. The kid eventually moved elsewhere and wasn't in our HS. When it's only one person, there isn't much you can do. You put yourself at risk by standing up to someone else or fighting a battle.

There are plenty of ways you and other women can make a difference. You could speak out against feminism online. You could write a MyTake here about how badly feminism treats women. It's rare to see a woman stand up against what feminism is doing. Sorry but it's not a valid excuse.

Today's women have turned their backs on the things men care about in a woman (except for sex) but expected men to continue valuing them for more than sex, when they don't offer those things anymore. What we are seeing today was the inevitable result of that.

You have your own assets, that will come in handy if you're planning to be alone the rest of your life. But men don't care about that, and it certainly doesn't make you any more appealing to a good man.

But I don't understand. Yet several men are complaining about golddiggers coming after their assets. Then I got my asset... I'm removing his ''you want to dry me up'' fear and yet that doesn't ease him, not appeal him... ok now that's confusing.

I got my own property, my cars, my business, my assets. I got as much or more than them.

I'm pretty straight forward when it comes to it, I state what I want, how I feel.

Also a side note if people treated relationships like gardening everyone would be a lot happier. And anyone who gardens will get what I mean by that.

They called me entitled and how it's natural to need a man's resources. I was thinking ''WTH, so what do you want then, I don't understand''?

They're the ones complaining about all of us going after their money and assets. And yet they complained too if some of us don't need it nor want it. So confusing.
