Why does seeing other people cry make me sick? (vomit)?

So I’ve noticed whenever I see anyone cry in real life or watch a video where someone cries I feel sick as if I’m gonna throw up 🤮 like ofc I want to help the person but I’d have to hand them a tissue or hug them without looking at them because of this issue. Is it normal?

No none of that. I just wanted them to stop crying like looking at the tears roll down makes my skin jump and makes me nauseous.
