What do dogs do when they know your pregnant?

They can hear the baby's heartbeat. Same with cats. I had 2 cats when I was pregnant and one used to lie across my belly and purrrrr every evening. The other cat would sniff my belly and plop herself against it. The day I brought my first baby home, the belly obsession stopped with both cats and the female wouldn't leave the baby's side. She would meow at me if the baby cried. It was really sweet.

They can smell the Hormone changes. Remember dogs smell is a far stronger than humans

Dogs don't normally smell a woman private parts when they pick up pregnancy and they don't normally pin you either they normally smell the stomach before they become a bit protective not allowing anyone near you. I say the dog is picking up something else not pregnancy
