I just think that he likes plain janes and it kind of makes me feel bad about myself lol we sometimes agree on who’s pretty and who’s not but sometimes I get shocked that he calls the plainest people pretty makes me wonder if maybe he likes me because im plain 🤦🏽‍♀️. I agree that the first girl is pretty and the cartoon is cute but the 3rd woman is just insane he said that she’s the prettiest in the whole show after he told me that we’ve just been beefin about how bad his taste is 😂 like fr he’s over here saying that women with blue eyes blonde hair and thin lips are pretty meanwhile I’m the complete opposite of that. Lmao and my dad stepped in and said “he just likes vanilla icecream” wtf is that supposed to mean I’m latina I’m caramel 😭 like am I even his type at this point lol

I think they’re beauty should be more so important to themselves and then the guys they’d wish to be with and such. Doesn’t matter how many others see them.

I think the cartoon and most girls in the bottom pics look good, but they’re older in those photos and it’s not as flattering as when they were younger.

The women he does not find pretty all have one thing in common which is that their facial features are impersonal and alienating. I do not have his taste but I share the view that people with alienating facial features are less attractive than people who look down to earth, natural and relatable.

I'm confused as to how you are unable to see the subjectiveness of the situation. Imagine this from his perspective, in his eyes, you're basically calling what he considers beautiful as plain and what he doesn't prefer as beautiful. You see how the difference in perspective changes things?
Everyone has their own version of beauty and neither of you are right or wrong. Its just different tastes.
You're only seeing it from your perspective and ruling yourself out as plain because you consider his types as plain. But you're forgetting that in his eyes, that's beautiful, aka he sees you as beautiful.
You're overthinking it too much sis, don't do that, you'll only confuse yourself further.

It’s a stupid argument to be honest with you lol it means nothing , We all don’t see beauty the same way , Just because we think someone looks beautiful doesn’t mean someone else thinks the same,! because the reality of it is , beauty really means shit when you find someone that loves you for you , the heart chemistry and connection is what’s important , attractiveness is part of it but not 100 percent , If we only cared about beauty then no one would be in a relationship because there will always be someone more beautiful then you are, you boyfriend is with you because you are beautiful to his eyes and he loves the chemistry and connection he has with you ,

Everyone has varying opinions in regards to likes and dislikes with looks/attractiveness. Rarely have I agreed all the time with anyone I have gone out with. Maybe show him some pics of the stars without being all made up (no makeup/fancy outfits - if you can find them). Maybe that will change his opinion on some?
