So then two weeks later I get this random text stating they assessed a fine to my account. wtf? Everything i've read states that they have to say how much time you have to resolve the issue, they can't fine you then tell you that you've exceeded the time limit after the fact? It's been a couple days and I don't see a fine yet added to my hoa dues. We fixed the issue for the most part, but there was still one thing that wasn't resolved. I was actually surprised this wasn't swept under the rug and forgotten about. I'm pretty sure the neighbor reported me because she complains about everything. opinions? I'm not paying shit if they can't give me a notice that states when I was supposed to have this issue resolved.

I respond to them and don't blow them off like a lot if people do. The person I deal with isn't the nicest person. They pretty much just make stuff up it seems. Then, when they call the phone number they call from is hidden. It's just ridiculous.
