How do you calm yourself down when you feel depress or unhappy.

Depends on how far gone my mind is. Simple escapism usually. Games, movies, reading etc.
Sometimes I'll drink, smoke a bit or what have you to try and force some calm or at least some apathy.
But if I'm too far gone, my control goes with it. Depending I'll either lash out or try and blow my brains out.
