Usually when this happens, I try to get through it and focus on the good things.
I also try to end my day with something I enjoy doing.
For instance, I finally got to go shopping, and I almost got a parking ticket but the traffic officer was nice enough to let me off! ❤️
I also had my favourite kind of food for dinner so thats nice.
And now I’m going to do some reading, which I really enjoy.
